This role requires leveraging your expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript to handle UI and API test automation, driving improvements in software quality and functionality.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to gather and interpret system requirementsDefine comprehensive test plans and test cases for systematic testing coordinationUse JavaScript and TypeScript to create and execute automation scriptsIdentify defects and ensure effective validation of resolved issuesEstablish and uphold quality standards throughout the testing processResearch and apply new testing tools and methodologiesRequirements8-12 years of experience in Automation Testing, including 5-8 years working with JavaScriptKnowledge of UI Automation tools like Protractor, Mocha, Chai, Jest, Puppeteer, or CypressProficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for handling test scriptsBackground in using Webdriver I/O for UI test automationSkills in developing API test automation, defining strategies, and writing test casesProven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineersB2+ English level competency
