This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to our testing efforts, utilizing your expertise in Python automation testing to ensure the reliability and quality of our software products.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Python automation testing efforts within the teamDevelop and execute test cases and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software productsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and provide testing supportConduct thorough testing of SOAP and REST services to validate system functionalityCreate and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including checklists and test casesUtilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve testing issuesDesign and implement formal test cases based on software requirementsContribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologiesParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and adhere to Agile principles in testing activitiesProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in testing best practicesRequirements8-12 years of solid experience in Selenium automation using PythonExperience in software testing or development with a strong understanding of testing, coding, and debugging proceduresStrong expertise in BDD framework like PytestExperience working with SOAP and REST services and understanding of SOA architectureKnowledge of various software testing techniques and methods, with practical experience applying themProficiency in maintaining test documentation such as checklists and test casesExperience with SFTP and shell scriptsFamiliarity with Oracle database and strong SQL knowledgeStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent troubleshooting skillsAbility to design formal test cases based on requirementsUnderstanding of Scrum terminology and principlesB2+ English level proficiency
