- Drive consultative selling through the FS core sales force by designing tailored cooling solutions for end users.
- Develop segment-specific strategies considering climatic conditions and customer needs.
- Identify customer pain points and promote appropriate technical solutions.
- Support the national sales team with customer training, technical presentations, and solution design.
- Select appropriate offers based on customer business nature and market dynamics.
- Maintain strong market awareness including competitor landscape, pricing, and trends.
- Analyze business potential and align offers to strategic customer segments.
- Internal: Services, Sales, Tendering, Execution teams
- External: End-User Customers
- Be part of a high-impact team driving innovation in cooling and modernization solutions.
- Work in a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and leadership.
- Contribute to energy-efficient and sustainable solutions for critical infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 8–14 years of experience in services and technical sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a matrix environment.
- Influencing and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build sustainable and trustworthy customer relationships.
