Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative functions to support copper extraction and processing operations, ensuring alignment with Kutch Copper Ltd's strategic goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with government bodies for regulatory compliance and permit acquisition (Ministry of Mines, Ministry of Environment).
  • Manage partnerships with environmental NGOs to implement sustainable practices and minimize ecological impact.
  • Oversee the development and execution of skill development initiatives in collaboration with government agencies.
  • Support public-private partnerships aimed at infrastructure development in the Kutch region.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in administrative processes.
  • Implement efficient resource management strategies to optimize operational costs.
  • Collaborate with industry associations like FIMI and CII for policy advocacy and sharing best practices.
  • Drive community engagement programs in partnership with local NGOs to enhance community welfare.
Qualifications:Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles within the mining or metal production industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
  • Experience in managing partnerships with government and non-government entities.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Certification in Environmental Management or Sustainability (preferred).
Years & Type of Experience (KPIs):
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles within the mining sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
