
Workforce Management Integration Specialist

- Technical platform ownership of Time & Absence solutions.
- Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
- Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
- Key responsibilities of the role:
- Understand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions
- Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmaps and solutions
- Implement, update and deploy new integrations or updating existing integrations
- Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions
- Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features
- Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Key skills and requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi
- Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations
- Expertise with one or more modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduling
- Ability to setup or modify configurations • Experience with JSON, HTML, Java script, Groovy and SQL
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
- Fluency in English
- Broad set of experiences with HR, Timekeeping and Payroll applications
- UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification is highly preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Implementation experience with UKG Pro WFM
- Exhibit high levels of energy, agility and adaptability
- Ability to work on global teams with cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Qualifications:
- Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees
