- Leading end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives (initiation to closure) across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, Integrations, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and custom apps.
- Owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Handling landmarks, dependencies, risks, and issues with timely customer concerns.
- Running governance and reporting. Presenting RAID, financials, KPIs, and status to senior leaders and steering committees.
- Ensuring compliance with SIAM governance, security, risk, audit/ITGC, and enterprise release processes.
- Coordinating with P&O, Procurement, Security, Architecture, Platform Owners, and Service/Product Owners to unblock decisions.
- Driving Agile/Hybrid delivery. Facilitating Sprint Planning, Dailies, Reviews, Retros, Backlog Refinement, and release planning.
- Making sure clear Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) and ensuring robust UAT and business sign-off.
- Aligning solutions to ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOTB), platform strategy, and the long-term roadmap.
- Improving the platform through automation, standardisation, and reuse. Uplifting CMDB/CSDM, reporting, service design, and analytics maturity.
- Handling internal and partner/vendor teams. Optimising capacity, forecasting costs, and tracking spend to plan.
- Gathering lessons learned and driving continuous improvement across delivery and operations.
- 5-10+ years of IT Project Management, with 3+ years in ServiceNow delivery (implementations or large enhancements).
- Solid understanding of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, Integrations; exposure to ITOM, ITBM, Agile Development, CSM, and large/global ServiceNow environments (e.g., myIT).
- Delivering in sophisticated, global, multi-vendor (SIAM) landscapes and leading distributed engineering teams.
- Hands-on risk, issue, and dependency management and executive-level reporting using data-driven dashboards/KPIs.
- Working with audit, compliance, and ITGC controls; partnering closely with Security and Architecture.
- Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource/capacity planning.
- Applying Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid methods; orchestrating UAT and release/cutover.
- A solid grasp of non-functional needs: availability, resilience, security, scalability, and operability.
- Preferred certifications: PMP/PRINCE2/Agile PM, SAFe, ServiceNow CSA/Implementation, ITIL 4 (MP preferred), and SIAM Foundation/Professional.
