India SSAS Consultant Key Responsibilities Azure Data Services AdministratorOverview:
We are seeking an experienced SSAS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing OLAP cubes and tabular models to support our clients' analytical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SSAS solutions for data analysis and reporting.
- Should be good in SSIS
- Develop and optimize OLAP cubes, tabular models, and data sources.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data modeling and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of SSAS solutions.
- Provide technical support and training for end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SSAS features and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., SQL Server Integration Services) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Understanding of Azure services related to data analytics.
