- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and other platforms.
- Generate leads and actively reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Support the senior BDE team in handling client communications and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM/database with lead and client information.
- Participate in client calls and meetings to understand requirements and present company offerings.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to draft accurate and appealing project proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to contribute ideas for new business strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, web/mobile development, or software solutions.
- Familiarity with bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. (preferred but not mandatory).
- Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related domain is a plus.
- Internships or prior experience in BDE, sales, or marketing roles will be an advantage.
