What would you do? • Work experience of minimum 1- 3yrs into core HR operations, recruitment, and compliance processes • Work closely with Accenture compliance team, suppliers and procurement teams for audit processes • Ensure all audit related documents are uploaded by supplier timely and collaborate with leadership for closure • Consult procurement, legal teams for audit finding actions for suppliers under supervisor guidance An institutional process that maximizes performance levels and competency for an organization. The process includes all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce, such as field service management, human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.
