They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.About the role: Lead the collections target and control collection flow for specified area. Monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with Collection executives.6. Ensuring background check of all collection agencies hired/Identify and manage training needs of the Collection Executives/ Evaluation of performance of all CE7.
