Key Accountabilities: * Understanding , aligning & executing the S&M strategy created for KNEW division.
  • Developing & executing Business development activities for developing new client accounts in Personal & Home care space.
  • Generating & meeting sales targets for existing business & generating new wins.
  • Business development for KNEW- showcasing the new department and ensuring all key clients are aware of the service.
  • Identifying ecom brands that need KNEW support and converting them to clients.
  • Developing clients in contract mfg organizations
  • Conduct product presentations, workshops, and sampling trials for clients across India.
  • Establishing KNEW as one of the top go to partners for new brands
Key Competencies:
  • Knowledge & working experience of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power point
  • Strong sales , business development and commercial understanding.
Prerequisites:
  • Good understanding of Scientific & technical domain.
  • Prior experience in sales & marketing of cosmetic products. 4-5 yrs
  • Connect with key clients in Personal Care/ Home Care
  • Ability to work closely with R&D and cocreate the strategy.
