You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.You'll play a key role in driving competitiveness and efficiency in our industrial processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across engineering, project management, supply chain, and industrial quality to establish robust industrial costing models, provide cost insights for decision-making, and contribute to the development of new products and processes.You’ll specifically take care of industrial cost estimations, including fixed industrialization costs, variable production costs, and supply chain costs, but also support strategic initiatives such as footprint optimization and process standardization.We’ll look to you for:Performing industrial costing for new products, processes, and technologiesSupporting tender phases by defining Make-or-Buy assumptions and PIO strategiesStandardizing industrial costing processes and automating tender proceduresCollaborating on the development of reference libraries and sustaining cost standardsContributing to the formulation of industrial strategies and competitiveness improvementsCoordinating with platform teams to align strategies and optimize costsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
