In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting impactful sales materials, capturing important discussions, and supporting clear, confident client communication.This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to proposals, decks, meetings, and client interactions while sharpening your business acumen and communication skills.Requirements:Your Contribution to the Team:
  • Assist in converting leads into long-term clients through consultative selling.
  • Enhance the quality of presentations, ensuring every pitch and deck is polished and effective.
  • Support client engagements with thorough planning, preparation, and structured communication.
  • Present capabilities through professional, well-written, and visually compelling documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with tailored solutions.
What You'll Own & Drive:
  • Meeting Documentation: Draft clear Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) with summaries, action items, and responsible stakeholders.
  • Sales Collateral: Design pitch decks, client case studies, and capability documents that tell engaging stories.
  • Proposals & Business Documents: Prepare proposals, internal notes, and supporting materials for client conversations.
  • Client Meeting Prep: Conduct background research, curate structured content, and ensure consistent follow-ups across tools, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Presentation Excellence: Build visually compelling decks in Google Slides and maintain structured documentation across Google Suite.
What We're Looking For:
  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy.
  • Background in business administration, marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with clarity, persuasion, and professional tone.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite / Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a flair for formatting, structuring, and storytelling.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to simplify complex information.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous internship experience in BD, Sales, or Strategy is a plus.
