- Answers all enquiries related to Supershine Laundry Systems Pvt. Ltd. in regards to complete product portfolio.- Extensive experience of Lead generation, RFQ and feasibility review, commercial negotiations, key account management, budgeting, new product development, Pricing and spare Part sales as Profit Head Centre.- Identify the new prospective business opportunities and convert RFQ in business.- Drive OEM / TIER 1 Sales & Marketing of forging business of reputed Laundry Company.- Hands-on to handle wide spectrum of sales and marketing of forging products ranging from developing business plans to implement and execute sales and marketing strategies.- Evolve market segmentation and penetration strategies, set team KRA to achieve business target.- Identify and manage potential business Partners and strategically drive sales growth through high value orders and secure profitable business.- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of business environment, market dynamics & Product- Competition benchmark to establish counter marketing and sales strategizing.- Develop strong client relationships have customer loyalty, repeat and referral business.- Formulate Annual Sales Budget/ Sales Plan as per Customers schedule and industry benchmarks.- Generate MIS report for Sales Performance.- Should have experience of Institutional Sales.Education & Experience:U.G : Any Graduate , preferably B.Tech/B.EP.G : Preferably MBA in Marketing/SalesExperience : minimum 5 yearsHaving Experience in Industrial Laundry Sales/ Heavy Capital Equipment sales.Specific Technical Knowledge:Proficiency in MS office.Good Communication skills.
