Support the architectural team in developing and applying protocols, processes, and technical standards.
Maintain up-to-date training and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to business improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and innovation.
Build effective working relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders.
Provide informal guidance and support to junior colleagues, fostering growth and capability.
Collaborate on operational delivery of regional strategies, advancing the net zero carbon transition and proactively managing carbon impacts.

You’ll need to have:

Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
