- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various channels for sourcing candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews and evaluations to identify the best fit for the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote our company as a preferred employer.
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment-related events such as job fairs and open houses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive recruitment procedures.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent acquisition platforms.
- Familiarity with HR databases, online recruitment sites, and social media.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment processes.
- Ability to use data analytics tools to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
- Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Strong talent acquisition skills with experience in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Excellent talent sourcing abilities, employing creative strategies to identify potential candidates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive approach and a passion for connecting top talent with suitable roles.
