- Execute sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in line with strategic priorities
- Coordinate execution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM (e.g. ACE) projects
- Actively manage implementation of price strategy in the region
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers in the assigned territory
- Drive implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area
- Deliver sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and / or GP% targets) in sales area
- Lead, coach and mentor sales team members and ensure their respective education and development
- Ensure efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential
- Coordinate tasks between key interfaces and ensure fulfillment of administrative tasks
- Collaborate with Mark-g, CS, SC etc. to ensure full internal support for sales team
- Ensure compliant execution of sales processes (e.g. pricing, customer data management, Hands on Demo, DG Activity)
- Provide sales forecast for the sales area and monitors key KPIs
- Manage relationships and plans with distribution partners, monitors their financial performance
- Retail Sales experience of minimum 5 years in Auto Aftermarket products.
- Preferred - Retail Products Sales experience in Maharashtra
- Knowledge of Retail Channel Management
