With over 28,200+ associates, it's the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :Supervise and lead a team of invoice processors, accounts payable specialists, and other relevant personnelSet clear goals and performance targets for team membersProvide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them achieve their objectives
Oversee the end-to-end invoice processing workflow, ensuring that invoices are received, reviewed, approved, and processed in a timely and accurate mannerMonitor invoice queues and workload distribution among team membersResolve complex invoice issues and discrepanciesCollaborate with vendors and suppliers to address invoice-related inquiries, discrepancies, and payment concernsMaintain positive relationships with key vendors and ensure payment terms are adheredEnforce compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulatory requirementsStay updated on changes in financial regulations that may impact the invoice-to-pay processGenerate regular reports on the team's performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as invoice processing times, accuracy, and payment timelinessImplement process improvements and automation where possible to increase efficiency and reduce errorsProvide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in invoice managementConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional growthQualificationsEducational qualification:Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Accounts Payable Professional, Certified Public Accountant) may be advantageousKnowledge of German Language preferableExperience :Several years of progressive experience in accounts payable, finance, or a related financial role at leadership role5-7 years of leadership experienceMandatory/requires Skills :
Effective leaders, capable of inspiring, guiding, and motivating their team to achieve their goalsEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for conveying expectations, providing feedback, and facilitating collaboration among team members and with other departmentsProviding guidance, mentorship, and training to team membersStrategic perspective, aligning their team's work with the organization's goals and providing insights for cost control and financial performanceDrive to identify and suggest process improvements is key for optimizing financial workflows and enhancing efficiencyUnderstanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customersPreferred Skills :
