- Designing and implementing Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) functionalities in SAP S/4HANA to support efficient, compliant, and scalable P2P operations.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, provide expert consulting, and translate needs into robust functional and technical solution designs.
- Configuring SAP MM and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) components, while working closely with cross-module consultants to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
- Defining, enhancing, and optimizing SAP Fiori applications used in procurement, invoice processing, and approval workflows.
- Leading testing cycles-from functional and integration testing to UAT-ensuring timely defect resolution and smooth deployment readiness.
- Documenting system configurations, process flows, and functional specifications, ensuring clarity, auditability, and long-term maintainability.
- Driving continuous improvements and transformation initiatives, particularly within S/4HANA implementations and Agile project environments.
- Partnering with international and cross-functional teams, contributing to a customer-centric and collaborative working culture.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, with strong functional depth in procurement and invoice management.
- Practical working experience with ReadSoft and OpenText VIM, enabling automation and optimization of vendor invoice processing.
- Knowledge of SAP Document Reporting & Compliance (DRC), supporting statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Process understanding across Procurement, Invoice Inbound, Inter-Company Consolidation (ICC), and various invoicing flows, enabling seamless process orchestration.
- Experience in S/4HANA transformation programs, including modernization of P2P processes and adoption of SAP best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supporting issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency, enabling effective participation in international project environments.
- An agile, customer-focused mindset, contributing to a culture of innovation, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technology and system design.
