Our purpose is anchored in a single truth - bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.We are looking forward to hire SAP FICO Professionals in the following areas :Role OverviewThe SAP FICO Architect will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions for Implementation and Rollout projects. This role requires expertise in end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, global template rollouts, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. The architect will ensure compliance with business requirements, drive solution standardization, and provide leadership throughout the project phases.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP FICO solution design and architecture for implementation and rollout projects.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: Blueprint, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
  • Develop and maintain global templates and ensure adherence during rollouts.
  • Handle complex integrations with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS) and external systems.
  • Drive data migration strategy, mock runs, and reconciliation activities.
  • Prepare and execute cutover plans ensuring smooth transition to production.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for business and IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with financial processes and statutory requirements across geographies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants.
Required Skills
  • Expertise in SAP FICO modules: FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, PC, PA, Material Ledger).
  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and migration strategies.
  • Experience in global template design and multi-country rollouts.
  • Proficiency in integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and external systems.
  • Hands-on experience with WRICEF objects and technical design documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
