• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure on time statutory compliance submission and payments.
• Handle audits and ensure zero non conformances

• Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize the company's tax position.
• Ensure tax compliances met timely without Interest/Penalty by taxation authorities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification i.e. CA
• Proven experience (17+ years) in finance and accounts roles within the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budget management, and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
