- Identify organization goals and vision and incorporate them in FY budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to develop project budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Supervise and streamline accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure on time statutory compliance submission and payments.
- Handle audits and ensure zero non conformances
- Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize the company's tax position.
- Ensure tax compliances met timely without Interest/Penalty by taxation authorities.

- Proven experience (17+ years) in finance and accounts roles within the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budget management, and accounting principles.
