- Engage in regular analysis of financial results and present strategic recommendations to top management in Board of Directors (BoD) and other key meetings.
- Prepare and finalize annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage working capital efficiently and oversee cash flow planning, fund management, and banking relationships
- Conduct Financial Analysis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to organizational strategies and decision-making.
- Develop strategy to mitigate any financial risks
2. Operations
- Supervise and drive all accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA) operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead automation initiatives and improve financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Timely and accurate financial planning.
3. Compliance
- Lead and oversee statutory, tax, internal, J-SOX, and IFC audits, ensuring timely closure with zero non-compliance.
- Overseeing tax planning including Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation (GST), and Treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Strong implementation-level understanding of IFRS and ability to drive compliance across reporting and operational areas.
- Take care of procedures of the Special Valuation Branch (SVB) in India and related party transactions/operations to ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations.
4. Team Management
- Mentor and lead the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Job Requirements- B. Com/ M.Com with certified Chartered Accountantwith Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- ICWA/ CS / MBA, will be added advantage
- Expert-level knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Advance knowledge of Taxation (Direct / In-direct)
- Good Knowledge of advance Excel.
- Company Stat. Audit operations and coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead audits and drive regulatory compliance.
- Experience working in Japanese corporate culture will be a plus.
