JD for Service Now Developer. Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop:
Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. * Configure and Maintain:Configure and maintain ServiceNow instances, including ITSM modules, CMDB, and other areas. * Scripting and Automation:Write and maintain scripts (e.g., Script Includes, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts) to automate processes and enhance user experience. * Integration:Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub). * Testing and Quality Assurance:Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and stability of ServiceNow applications and workflows. * Documentation:Maintain accurate documentation of code, workflows, and configurations. * Problem Solving:Identify and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform. * Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Business Analysts, Architects) to understand requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
