- Analyze and enhance the performance of our Operations team, using KPIs to deliver measurable results.
- Lead impactful Business review discussions and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients.
- Support Internal/External audits, by collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
- Support in managing the change Request by effectively collaborating with Internal / client stakeholders.
- Effective escalation of issues/incidents, work with Operations team to oversee an effective remediation.
- Review the operations data to calculate the Service level agreement status and calculate Service Credits if any.
- Create operational KPI's using the performance data from system and measuring against agreed SLA's.
- Collaborate with Fee and Expense Management teams to enhance Operations KPI reporting processes.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, internal IT, and Operations teams to uphold service levels.
- Coordinate preparation, collation, and distribution of governance meeting materials, including reports, minutes, and action plans.
- Support internal audits and collaborate with the Risk team to support external audit requirements, working with the Manager.
- Manage follow-ups on action items from both internal and external audit discussions.
- Register client change requests, including logging of the request and follow up for effort and cost estimations.
- Keep stakeholders updated on progress and ensure seamless execution of approved changes.
- Automation of the manual reports using dashboards or Macro to gain efficiency.
- Creative visual representation of KPI using Power point.
- Min. 1 year experience in client reporting, management reporting and client communications
- Ability to work under pressure, and manage own workload within specific deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively.
- Able to present information, verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working on BI /Tableau/Power point or any other reporting tool is an advantage
Familiarity with project methodology is a good to have
SQL skills is good to have
