Identify engineering requirements, address technical debt, and conduct design reviews.
Define the team's goal and roadmap, ensure project execution.
Recruit talent, promote ownership, accountability, and psychological safety.
Consider technical and customer futures, communicate requirements to platform teams.
Partner with teams to solve problems, ensuring communication and collaboration with User Experience (UX), Technical Program Managers (TPgMs), and Product Managers (PMs).
