Job Description:Job DescriptionEssential requirements· A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expert with 4+ years of hands-on experience, Microsoft Certification.· Deeply knowledgeable in finance operations and accounting principles· Skilled in system configuration, setup, and process mapping· Experienced in Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps and Power Automate· Able to write detailed functional specifications for developers and technical teams· Confident in leading UAT cycles, resolving issues, and supporting go-live activities· A strong communicator with the ability to train and support Finance usersDesirable requirements· Passionate about system optimization and digital transformation· Familiar with Power BI administration· Knowledge of European languages is a plus· MB-800 - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate Certification· MB-820 - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Certification – a plus, but not mandatory· Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate is a plus.Mandatory SkillsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Power AutomateLocationBengaluruRoles & Responsibilities· Configure and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the evolving needs of the International Finance team· Support critical project implementation by translating business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for development and integration work
Deliver and manage change requests in Business Central, including configuration, testing, and deployment· Provide UAT support, defect tracking, and resolution in collaboration with Finance users· Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to enhance core financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management· Support seamless integrations with Concur, BPC/Onestream /Inhouse royalty management systems/ Continia (e-invoicing).· Act as a Functional consultant in the e-invoicing implementation;· Assist with systems upgrades, user management, systems health checks.· Support Power Platform automation initiatives, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central,· Deliver training and onboarding sessions for Finance teams to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing learning· Participate in system optimisation, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives· Ensure seamless knowledge integration across systems and teams, including documentation and cross-functional alignmentEducation QualificaitonBEExperience4 to 6 YearsJob TitleMSD65 Business Central Functional ConsultantSkill to EvaluateMicrosoft-Dynamics-365-Business-Central-expert,Power-Platform-automationShift TimingsUKPlease noteLocation: Bangalore.
