This team is comprised of 20+ employees aligned to several functions including Supplier Enablement, Tactical Buy, Contract Compliance Term-sheets, Helpdesk and Catalog Enablement and Maintenance.The Senior Manger will lead this cross functional team ensuring that the work is completed within expected turnaround times and quality levels. They will partner heavily with the Digital Procurement Operations team located in the U.S.A.The Digital Procurement team is a part of Evernorth’s Global Procurement & Third-Party Management Services organization. They act as a strategic partner and are critical to enabling the relationships with our third-party suppliers.Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Digital Procurement team within Evernorth's Hyderabad Innovation Hub.
- Effectively partner and support business customers and suppliers located in the United States of America.
- Acts as the single point of escalation on issues.
- Creates strong relationships with vendors and challenges them for best cost and delivery of items purchased.
- Develops strong relationships with internal matrix partners and business stakeholders.
- Proactively communicates with vendors, internal matrix partners and business stakeholders to ensure consistency, transparency and understanding of work in progress.
- Manages and prioritizes deliverables throughout the engagement process.
- Monitors day to day progress while providing guidance and expertise to team members.
- Creates and maintains metric reporting, SOPs and process documentation.
- As a leader, act as a change agent and demonstrate resiliency as changes occur.
- Supports, mentors and coaches their employees.

- Minimum of 13 – 16 years of progressive professional experience within a large, global organization required.
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance required.
- 8 – 10 yrs experience with Procure to Pay processes required.
- Minimum of 10 yrs management experience required.
- Experience with P2P applications such as Ariba, Coupa, iPro, etc. required.
- Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate. Afternoon shift: 1:00 – 10:00 pm IST.
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
