Role:Territory Manager - Coated Location: Mehsana (Gujarat), Bhopal , Solhapur , Kolhapur , Pune, Calicut , Karnal , Mujjarfarpur Purpose - Why does this role exist?Responsible for secondary sales of JSW's branded products - TMT and coated sheets. The role includes responsibility of managing Distributor's sales representatives and achieving secondary sales targets through individual reach outs and through the team, conducting marketing activations, managing consumer and influencer meets, executing customer/consumer promotions, managing distributors and dealers, expanding dealer base, collecting marketing intelligence, converting leads etc.Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)- Secondary Sales from distributors to dealers- Dealer onboarding- Management of distributor's sales representatives (DSRs) and following all listed processes- Execution of Channel and Marketing Activities- ECP Implementation- Influencer Engagements- Competition Intelligence- Agency and Vendor Management- MIS for Channel Activities & Distributor Policy Adherence- Implementation of Strategies and Policies as per Colour Coated/ TMT Project HO Team.Educational Background and Work Experience- M.B.A (Marketing) - Must with B.E./ B.
