This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate risk before it materializes, and drive execution across diverse teams with confidence.If you are deeply skilled in Microsoft Project, disciplined in delivery governance, and comfortable managing high-stakes initiatives with senior stakeholders, this role is built for you.What You Will OwnEnd-to-End Program DeliveryLead large, complex, or multi-project learning programs across their full lifecycleBuild and maintain integrated project plans, dependencies, and critical paths in Microsoft ProjectDefine scope, milestones, deliverables, assumptions, and success criteria with senior stakeholdersManage scope change and trade-offs to ensure predictable, on-time, on-budget deliveryStakeholder LeadershipServe as the primary delivery lead for senior internal and client stakeholdersAlign Instructional Design, SMEs, Media, QA, Technology, and Delivery teamsLead governance forums, status reviews, and executive updatesIdentify risks early and escalate with context and recommended solutionsResource & Risk ManagementPlan and optimize resourcing across multiple concurrent programsAnticipate capacity constraints before they impact timelinesResolve delivery bottlenecks through prioritization, re-sequencing, or escalationCoach team members on execution discipline and delivery best practicesQuality & Client ExperienceEnsure deliverables meet defined learning objectives and quality standardsOversee review cycles, feedback incorporation, and formal acceptance processesMaintain strong, trust-based client relationshipsSupport issue recovery and corrective action planning when neededReporting & Financial GovernanceProvide accurate reporting, forecasts, and variance analysisOwn budget tracking, utilization, and effort managementSupport billing accuracy and governance reportingContribute to delivery health metrics and leadership visibilityContinuous ImprovementStrengthen delivery processes, tools, and execution modelsChampion best practices in project planning and risk managementLeverage automation and data to improve predictability and efficiencyMentor junior project managers and elevate the PM communityWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in any fieldAdvanced, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Project7+ years of project management experience, ideally within learning, training, eLearning, or content development environmentsExperience leading large programs with cross-functional teams of 15 to 25+ contributorsProven ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneouslyStrong command of scope management, scheduling, financial tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communicationExcellent organization, judgment, and problem-solving skillsWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the center of complex learning delivery.
