With this strong foundation, we are now expanding Eisele’s footprint in India and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead this growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and expand Eisele’s sales operations in India
  • Identify potential market segment for Eisele products in India
  • Develop and manage strategic customers and distributors with a focus on:
  • Machine building customers & MRO distributors in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Packaging, Laser, and Semiconductor industries etc
  • Direct customer engagement: manage inquiries, quotations, orders, and technical support.
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
  • Acquire new customers, including both end users and distribution partners.
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop annual sales budgets and present products/solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with HQ and customers on claims, issues, or delays.
  • Provide regular forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or regional languages is an advantage.
  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in industrial/technical sales, ideally in mechanical engineering industries (F&B, Pharma, Packaging, Laser, or Semiconductor) and with product/market knowledge of Phenumatic connectors
  • Strong experience in business development and new customer acquisition.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of industrial/mechanical components.
  • Knowledge of competitive processes and product portfolios.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Highly self-driven, reliable, and organized.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
