- Partner closely with Domain Experts, Architects, and Product stakeholders to translate complex business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and high quality design and implementation.
- Own and lead critical modules across the application lifecycle, ensuring architectural soundness, maintainability, scalability, performance, and long term supportability.
- Serve as a technical authority during solution design, proactively identifying risks, resolving critical and complex production issues, and driving root cause analysis.
- Mentor and guide team members on a daily basis, setting high engineering standards, conducting design/code reviews, and providing hands on technical recommendations.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by proposing and implementing advanced technical approaches, frameworks, and best practices in design, development, and delivery.
- Take a holistic E2E ownership mindset, evaluating impact across existing functionality, integrations, platform consumers, and customer experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale, production grade front end applications in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in front end and client/server architectural patterns, with the ability to influence and guide system level design decisions.
- Expert level proficiency in React, Redux, TypeScript, SCSS, Node.js, and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
- Strong command over build pipelines, performance optimization, profiling, debugging, and troubleshooting at scale.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands on, with a strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and capability to thrive in fast moving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to visualize and reason about full end to end flows, including impact on existing functionality, platform consumers, and overall user experience.
- AI/ML awareness and practical expertise, including:
- Integrating AI powered capabilities (e.g., recommendation engines, copilots, automation, intelligent UX) into front end and platform solutions.
- Working with AI APIs, LLM based services, and data driven features, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Ability to collaborate with data science and backend teams to translate AI use cases into consumable, user centric experiences.
