- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics instruction to senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII).
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and examination standards.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide individualized academic support and mentorship to students.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic initiatives.
- Utilize modern teaching tools and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a Post-Graduate degree (M.Sc. or M.A.) in Mathematics.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary education.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the Kerala State Board and CBSE/ICSE curricula.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and learning management systems.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed. or equivalent) is mandatory.
