Job Description:Brief Position DescriptionThis role will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS solutions while developing expertise in HRIS systems.Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR Operations, with a focus on HRIS or related systems (Oracle HCM Fusion).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
ResponsibilitiesSystem Implementation and Maintenance
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of HRIS software working closely with the IT team.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with existing systems.
  • Provide ongoing support for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Data Management
  • Oversee data integrity within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate reports to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Assist in developing data migration strategies and execute data transfer activities.
Training and User Support
  • Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes.
Process Improvement
  • Work closely with the HR Transformation Manager and HR team members to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined HRIS workflows.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and suggest improvements accordingly.
Compliance and Security
  • Ensure HRIS compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT security to implement and maintain data security measures.
