- Assist in the implementation and configuration of HRIS software working closely with the IT team.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with existing systems.
- Provide ongoing support for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Oversee data integrity within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Generate reports to support HR and business decision-making.
- Assist in developing data migration strategies and execute data transfer activities.
- Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes.
- Work closely with the HR Transformation Manager and HR team members to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined HRIS workflows.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and suggest improvements accordingly.
- Ensure HRIS compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with IT security to implement and maintain data security measures.
