- Identify and connect with architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors for potential project leads.
- Research current and upcoming projects using architect/builder databases.
- Qualify leads and forward them to internal sales/project teams for follow-up.
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date lead tracker/database.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects and builders.
- Schedule and attend courtesy meetings and product introduction sessions.
- Provide brochures, catalogues, and coordinate with internal teams for technical support.
- Attend exhibitions, architect meets, and networking events for lead sourcing.
- Liaise with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams for lead handover.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, lead progress, and market updates.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce/Excel) to log interactions and maintain records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of architect-builder ecosystem
- Strong research and ability for opportunity mapping
- Organized, proactive, and self-driven
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Development and Inside sales)
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or client coordination
- Industry background: Building materials / Construction / Infrastructure / Allied sectors/ manufacturing
- Multilingual ability: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English, Kannada (Preferred for wider regional outreach
