This is a full-time position designed for professionals with a strong background in recruitment, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. As a key player in our HR team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will drive talent strategy and execution to support NoBroker.com's growth and success in the competitive real estate technology space.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, ensuring access to a pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative and effective strategies.
  • Strong recruitment strategy skills to develop, implement and manage recruiting initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, maintaining effective communication channels with hiring managers and department leaders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of succession planning to ensure leadership opportunities and business continuity.
  • Adept at pipeline development to proactively meet headcount demands through strategic workforce planning.
  • Focus on enhancing candidate experience by ensuring a smooth and communicative recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Experience in data-driven recruitment methodologies to continuously improve recruitment efficiencies. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments within the company.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract high-quality talent aligned with the company's goals and culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate recruitment processes and outcomes, making evidence-based adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts to source potential candidates and generate talent leads.
  • Create a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and incorporate them into our processes for continuous improvement.
