Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations. The role involves welcoming guests, handling calls, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting daily administrative activities. Sunday will be a working day, and the employee will be allowed to adjust two weeklies off days on other working days by coordinating with team member and the reporting manager to ensure smooth office operations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesReceive and welcome guests in a professional and courteous mannerCommunicate directly with customers, clients, and visitorsAnswer incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned sales person or departmentMaintain visitor records and front desk registersEnsure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentableSupport basic administrative tasks as requiredCoordinate with team members to manage front desk coverageSkills & CompetenciesGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesActive listening and problem-solving skillsEmpathy and a customer-friendly attitudeAbility to coordinate effectively with team membersBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, telephone handling)Qualifications(Graduate Only)Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is an added advantageWork ScheduleSunday is a working dayTwo weeklies off days can be adjusted on other days with prior coordination with Team
