Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Cashier – Automotive Workshop
Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities
  • Handle front desk operations and greet customers professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide service-related information
  • Manage billing, payments, and issue accurate receipts
  • Maintain service records, job cards, and invoices
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Update customer and vehicle details in the system
  • Prepare daily cash reports and maintain transaction records
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and office records
Requirements
  • 1+years of experience as Receptionist, Cashier, Admin
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, data entry)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions smoothly
  • Experience in an automotive workshop or service center is an added advantage
  • Basic accounting or cashiering knowledge preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
