- Handle front desk operations and greet customers professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide service-related information
- Manage billing, payments, and issue accurate receipts
- Maintain service records, job cards, and invoices
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Update customer and vehicle details in the system
- Prepare daily cash reports and maintain transaction records
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and office records
- 1+years of experience as Receptionist, Cashier, Admin
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, data entry)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions smoothly
- Experience in an automotive workshop or service center is an added advantage
- Basic accounting or cashiering knowledge preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
