Salary: Up to ₹25,000 + incentivesResponsibilities:
- Call and follow up with existing clients for renewals of servers, cloud, storage, or software packages.
- Explain renewal benefits, available upgrades, and offers to customers.
- Coordinate with technical teams for renewal quotes and timely execution.
- Maintain renewal pipeline, reminders, and client communication records.
- Build strong client relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly renewal and revenue targets.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in sales/renewals/account servicing.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic IT knowledge (servers, networking, cloud, backup solutions).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Business, or related field.
