Role: Renewal Sales Executive – IT Infrastructure
Company: Techtreno Solutions Pvt. Ltd.Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 + incentivesResponsibilities:
  • Call and follow up with existing clients for renewals of servers, cloud, storage, or software packages.
  • Explain renewal benefits, available upgrades, and offers to customers.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for renewal quotes and timely execution.
  • Maintain renewal pipeline, reminders, and client communication records.
  • Build strong client relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly renewal and revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • 6 months–2 years of experience in sales/renewals/account servicing.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge (servers, networking, cloud, backup solutions).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Graduate/Diploma in IT, Business, or related field.
