This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, and contributing to HR policy development, ensuring a positive work environment aligned with our companys standards and objectives.Qualifications and Skills

Experience in recruitment and onboarding to effectively manage the end-to-end hiring process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. (Mandatory skill)
Proficiency in employee relations management to address and resolve employee issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. (Mandatory skill)
Expertise in HR policy development to create and implement effective policies that align with organizational goals. (Mandatory skill)
Familiarity with HRIS software such as GreytHr or EasyHr for efficient management of HR operations and personnel data is a plus.
Knowledge of performance management systems to support employee performance evaluations and career development.
Understanding of compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and equitable employee packages.
Ability to leverage data analytics in HR to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
Develop and maintain strong employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve any workplace issues or conflicts.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate with management to ensure effective use of HR related software for efficient HR operations and data management.
