- Bachelor s Degree: Required in Counselling, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field.
- Master s Degree: Preferred or sometimes required, especially in Counselling, Higher Education, Career Counselling, or a related field. A Master s degree enhances expertise and may be necessary for licensure or certification.
- Willingness to travel is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a school such as schools, colleges, or universities, is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills.
- Counseling Experience: Previous experience in career counselling, academic advising, or a related field is highly valued. Experience working with students or young adults is particularly beneficial.
