Overview This role will support the MEXICO NRM team in its agenda to build best-in-class NRM capabilities across the sector. Connect with the Global Net Revenue Management Strategy team to align objectives and stay up to date on best practices to unlock profitability across eCommerce businesses Influence Global and Local Net Revenue Management Strategy teams to incorporate eCommerce considerations into playbooks and activities to drive omnichannel excellence in this capability Lead NRM playbook development for the eCommerce channel through established NRM GBS COE and by partnering with BUs to scale known NRM strategy best practice globally continuously evolve and capture best practice Embed NRM analytics, principles, and best practices across eCommerce sector and market teams in a Global to Local approach, unlocking centralized guidance and support This role will act in coordination with the core Global eCommerce Strategy team to facilitate community and establish NRM in eCommerce (eNRM) as a fundamental capability. This position will be part of the GBS - Global Net Revenue Management organization. This position contributes to the success of the company and contribute to growth through strategy development, and implementation of NRM frameworks. The incumbent have the opportunity to work directly with revenue management, finance and commercial teams across Mexico and sector colleagues. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities GBS NRM analyst will be responsible for conducting data analyses to diagnose and understand Mexico business performance by BU x category Connect with the Global Net Revenue Management Strategy team to align objectives and stay up to date on best practices to unlock profitability across eCommerce businesses Influence Global and Local Net Revenue Management Strategy teams to incorporate eCommerce considerations into playbooks and activities to drive omnichannel excellence in this capability Lead NRM playbook development for the eCommerce channel through established NRM GBS COE and by partnering with BUs to scale known NRM strategy best practice globally Continuously evolve and capture best practice Embed NRM analytics, principles, and best practices across eCommerce sector and market teams in a Global to Local approach, unlocking centralized guidance and support This role will act in coordination with the core Global eCommerce Strategy team to facilitate community and establish NRM in eCommerce (eNRM) as a fundamental capability Improve processes of analyses and data management across category business units and marketing functions Collaborate with Market Cluster Leads to understand market dynamics and incorporate market feedback into analyses Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology - including migrating Mexico tools to Global Analytics Hub Create an inclusive and collaborative environment Key Activities Perform granular level analysis to identify growth opportunities Prepare data for the analyses to be performed (Excel essential Alteryx or equiv. desired) Prepare executive ready communications (PowerPoint) surmising Mexico performance and opportunities across NRM levers Understand the nuances of the product category and market to tailor the output according to business needs Run the analyses and create visualizations (PowerPoint essential Power BI and Tableau experience preferred) prepare drill down analyses to derive insights Create a storyline out of various analyses output for the business to comprehend the output Meet the service level agreements and perform QC of the end-to-end analysis Expand playbook analytic pack scope to include additional analyses upon alignment with market Qualifications Essential Business Administration required (MBA strongly preferred) 4-5 years with BA if Commercial and/or Strategy experience with a top-tier consulting firm or large CPGPrevious experience in eCommerce strongly preferredAble to work collaboratively with broader eCommerce team in Mexico and international markets (EU, APAC, AMESA, LATAM)Leadership ability, high emotional intelligence, and stakeholder managementExcellent communication skills - verbal and written to influence senior leaders and strategic customersStrong strategic mindset with sound business judgement and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and simultaneously lead several programs.Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage upGlobal outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences foreign language skills highly desiredWe believe that culture should be at the cornerstone of everything we do at PepsiCo eCommerce.
