Contribute to training delivery managers on operations delivery.Qualifications & Skills University Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience. Should have extensive experience 15-20 years in operations or operations COE. Experience in infrastructure service delivery. Technical certifications Excellent communication oral / written skills. Should have experience around doing market research and gathering market data. Must be a team player and able to collaborate with a global team. Comfortable working with global teams operating across different time zones. Ability to work with external vendors and maintain good relationship. (1.)
