- Develop and implement construction execution strategies and resource plans.
- Drive decision-making and resolve critical issues to maintain project momentum.
- Supervise all CSA works to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Implement robust quality control processes and conduct regular inspections.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project budgets and CSA-related costs, ensuring financial discipline.
- Track progress against schedules and implement corrective actions for delays.
- Support integration of CSA schedules with overall project timelines using tools like Primavera P6.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CSA scope with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain transparent communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead and mentor CSA construction teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identify skill gaps and provide training or guidance to enhance team capabilities.
- Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in CSA construction management.
- At least 8 years in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facility projects.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale EPC projects.
- Expertise in CSA construction methodologies for high-tech/semiconductor facilities.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and international standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Familiarity with cleanroom construction requirements and precision structural works.
- Experience in cleanroom construction and high-precision structural works.
- Familiarity with advanced project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of risk management and cost control.
- Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams effectively.
