- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CSA construction activities for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, from initiation to handover.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans aligned with client and business objectives.
- Oversee contractor selection, procurement, and management to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor construction progress, manage site activities, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical challenges, and drive timely resolution of issues and non-conformances.
- Implement robust quality control procedures and ensure all CSA works meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project budgets and CSA-related costs, ensuring financial discipline.
- Track progress against schedules and implement corrective actions for delays.
- Support integration of CSA schedules with overall project timelines using tools like Primavera P6.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on all CSA construction matters.
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and excellence.
- Support the professional development of junior engineers and construction staff.
- Identify skill gaps and provide training or guidance to enhance team capabilities.
- Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 20+ years in CSA construction/project management roles within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Expertise in CSA construction methodologies for high-tech/semiconductor facilities.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and international standards.
- Proficiency in construction management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Familiarity with cleanroom construction requirements and precision structural works.
- Understanding of EPC workflows, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience in cleanroom construction and high-precision structural works.
- Familiarity with advanced project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of risk management and cost control.
- Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams effectively.
