Must have good knowledge on AS400 system Operations & Administrator experience.
Good Knowledge on DB2
Working knowledge of CL (control language), AS400 commands. And good working knowledge of job types like:autostart,prestart,communication and batch jobs .
Good to have Knowledge on RPG and IBM mainframe.
Experience in creating the user profile and provide access.
Understanding of ITIL framework, Defect Management/Ticketing tool (JIRA/BMC REMEDY).
Accountable for coordination with different stakeholders towards closure of reported issue.
