Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, turnkey, subcontracting, vendor agreements, NDAs, and MoUsAdvise internal teams on legal risk mitigation during project executionHandle legal notices, arbitration, and dispute resolutionCoordinate with external legal counsel on litigation mattersEnsure compliance with applicable labor, contract, environmental, and safety lawsMaintain a central repository for contracts and track key deliverablesSupport due diligence and tender/bidding processesLiaise with statutory and government bodies as requiredCandidate Profile:LLB / LLM from a recognized institution12–15 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 4–5 years in the construction or infrastructure domainStrong command of FIDIC, CPWD, and State PWD contract formatsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage cross-functional legal mattersImmediate joiners (within 30 days) preferred
