Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionThe Income & Night Auditor is responsible for balancing and auditing the day’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in revenue reporting, and preparing financial summaries for management. This hybrid role also involves overnight front desk responsibilities, including guest service, check-ins/outs, and ensuring security during night hours.QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality preferred1-3 years of experience in auditing or front desk operations (hotel experience a must)Proficient in hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, MICROS, etc.)Excellent analytical and numerical skillsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently during overnight shiftsAdditional InformationIncome Audit Duties:Audit daily revenue postings from all hotel departments (rooms, F&B, spa, etc.)Reconcile Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS) reportsVerify cash, credit card, and direct billing transactionsIdentify and investigate discrepancies in revenue reportsPrepare daily revenue reports and summaries for managementEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting standardsAssist in monthly financial closing procedures and provide support to Finance teamNight Auditor / Front Desk Duties:Perform nightly front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservationsProcess end-of-day procedures in the PMS (rollover, backup, etc.)Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies professionallyPrepare daily management reports such as occupancy, arrivals, departures, and no-showsEnsure lobby and public areas are secure during the night shift
