Location: Delhi, Okhla Phase-3Job Overview:
The Controlling department is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting,
performance analysis, and internal financial controls. This role ensures efficient operations, sound
financial management, and compliance with corporate standards, supporting the organization in achieving its financial objectives.Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts in coordination with departments.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Support preparation of board and investor presentations.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and corporate policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements in reporting and analysis tools.
- Support digitalization and ERP-related initiatives within finance.
- Crunch and present data related to revenue, costs, profitability, and other financial metrics to
6. Cash Flow Management:
- Prepare, update, and analyze cash flow forecasts, identifying variances and financial risks
- Track, reconcile, and report on all cash transactions, maintaining accurate and compliant records
- Analyze cash flow budgets against actuals and report significant variances to management for
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA or ACCA preferred.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Knowledge of IGAAP/GGAAP and internal control frameworks
