Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for on-field client visits, lead generation, and sales conversion. This is a target-driven role best suited for individuals passionate about sales and customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities through field visits and market research.Visit potential clients/customers on a daily basisExplain product features, pricing, and offers in detailConvert leads into confirmed ordersMaintain follow-ups with clients for repeat businessPrepare daily reports on visits, leads, and conversionsMeet monthly sales targets as set by the managerCollect payments if applicable and coordinate with backend teamRepresent the company in a professional and customer-focused mannerRequirementsEducation- Graduates
2–3 years Exp. in same field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in door-to-door or business-to-business sales
Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with local geography/market is a plus
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and MS Excel
Own vehicle preferred
