US IT Recruiter

- Source and recruit IT professionals through various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, etc.)
- Understand client requirements, technical job descriptions, and desired qualifications.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Negotiate salary, rates, and terms of employment with candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate records of recruitment activity.
- Stay updated on current technologies, hiring trends, and US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, TN, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Knowledge of US recruitment practices, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), and social networks (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with US work visa types and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working with various IT technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, AWS, Data Science, etc.)
- Experience working with VMS (Vendor Management System) clients or MSPs.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL).
- Experience working night shifts (if supporting US EST/PST hours).
